Welcome to our Wholesale Program Policies and Guidelines, where we outline the terms and conditions governing our exclusive wholesale program designed to support business owners, hair stylists, and hair entrepreneurs.

 

At TFC Wholesale, a division of The Firas Collection, we are committed to providing our members with exceptional service and unparalleled access to high-quality hair extensions at wholesale pricing. In this section, you will find detailed information on our program policies, order requirements, return and exchange procedures, and more. Our aim is to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for our valued members as they grow their businesses with us.

Membership Agreement & Purchase Terms

Vendor Identification Prohibition

Members are strictly prohibited from releasing "The Firas Collection" or "TFC Wholesale" as the vendor, supplier, or manufacturer in any form, including but not limited to public statements, social media posts, or promotional materials.

 

By becoming a member of the TFC Wholesale Program, members agree to uphold this prohibition. Any violation may result in legal action and termination of membership.

Membership Fees

 Membership in the TFC Wholesale Program requires payment of a membership plan, which is automatically renewed unless canceled by the member. Members are responsible for accessing their account online and canceling their membership if they no longer wish to participate.

 

Failure to cancel membership before the renewal date will result in the automatic renewal of the membership fee.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Members agree not to disclose any information related to The Firas Collection, including product sourcing, pricing, and business operations, to any third party.

 

This NDA extends to members, their associates, and affiliates. Breach of this agreement may result in legal consequences.

Order Requirements & Return/Exchange Policy

Order Requirement: Each order placed through the wholesale program must contain a minimum of 10 products. This ensures the efficiency of our wholesale process and allows us to offer competitive pricing to our members.

 

Inventory Confirmation Policy: Once an order is placed, our team consults with our manufacturers to ensure that the requested inventory is available for shipment. Members will receive an email notification within approximately 1-2 business days if requested inventory item(s) are unavailable for shipment.

 

If no notification is received within 1-2 business days of order placement stating that an item is unavailable, then the order is processing as ordered, and the member will receive a shipment notification once the order has dispatched from our facility.

Order Confirmation and Invoicing Process: Upon submission of an order, the member will receive an order confirmation email containing an estimated total. Additionally, an automatic invoice will be generated for the member's records, which will also include the estimated total. Within approximately 1-3 business days, the member will receive an updated invoice reflecting the final total, which will include the updated insurance fee for the order and accurately calculated shipping fees. The member will be required to pay the remaining balance via the invoice provided. Once payment is received, the order will be fulfilled, and a shipment notification will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

Access to Online Inventory: Without active membership, members will not have access to online inventory to place an order. No exceptions will be made; members will be required to go to our website to reactivate their membership and place an order.

Return/Exchange Conditions: Members may request returns or exchanges for hair extensions within 3 business days of receiving their order (from confirmed "delivered" date). The hair extensions must be in their original condition, unaltered, and unused, with all packaging intact. After this allowed time period, store credit will be provided for eligible returns. After 30 business days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Disclaimer: The Firas Collection reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the member to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the wholesale program after any modifications to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

By participating in the TFC Wholesale Program, members acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
